I already have a similar Delta faucet with the pull down nozzle where the only difference is basically that it is a two handle faucet (hot and cold) compared to this one handle model that controls both water temperatures. I actually liked the idea of the pull down handle so much that I moved the original faucet to our laundry room and put this one in our bathroom. Both looked good in the bathroom, but the two handle looked more appropriate for the laundry room tub.

It took me about 45 minutes to install, but that included me pulling out the old one, connecting the new faucet and swapping out the drains. It’s pretty easy to install, just one nut underneath the counter with a couple locking screws, but you do have to be careful to make sure your sink is straight before final tightening. This can be used for either a one hole or three hole sink, but mine was a three hole, so I needed to use the included base to cover the additional holes.
The water flow is good, it looks good and it resists spots and fingerprints, so what’s not to like? I guess the hose for the pullout could wear over time if used extensively, but it doesn’t get used that often. It’s convenient to rinse out the sink when cleaning or for occasionally rinsing something off, but it’s not used as much as a kitchen pull out would be. I haven’t had an issue with the old one in about a year, so I don’t expect any problems with this one either. I would definitely recommend this faucet. Read Less

The fit and finish of this faucet are very good. The faucet looks very nice, feels solid and the faucet has nice movement, which is actually a little less than a quarter turn from Off to On. The finish seems to resist fingerprints very well and the design is elegant. I also appreciate that it has a substantial rubber gasket on/under the handles to avoid an unnecessary scratches or damage to your countertop during installation, which surprising a lot of other faucets we looked at did not (or at least not as substantial).

I'm a little disappointed with some of the installation process. First of all, the directions are terrible, just a bunch of pictures. Granted, if you've ever installed a faucet before, you probably won't have any problems, but I don't know why companies gave up on giving good, detailed instructions with their products. A few extra pieces of paper and a little more effort couldn't possibly cost that much. I honestly didn't know what the blue key was for originally, but then realized it was the aerator removal tool. The drain also doesn't require plumber's putty, but it would be nice if the instructions specifically stated that, as some out there still do. Furthermore, getting at these bolts from underneath the sink in small spaces can be a little challenging, and they didn't improve upon the design nor include any tools to make tightening them any easier. It's not overly difficult, but I've experienced some new faucets that were incredibly easy to install, which has maybe spoiled me a little bit. I've also seen a lot worse though.
Overall, the faucet looks good, works well and wasn't too bad to install. It says that it is 'guaranteed for the life of your home', but I'm not sure what that means because I didn't find any warranty information enclosed except for a reference to their website for more info. In any case, I would recommend this faucet and expect it last for a long time. Read Less

No, I do not recommend this product.
The faucet itself looks nice, and although it is made for an 8 inch widespread, you can use it in a 4 inch as well. I don't even think it looks bad and/or most people would know the difference (see pics). I'd still recommend you use it in the intended 8 inch widespread sink. The problem I have is that everything else is just kind of 'meh' with this faucet.
First of all, the installation isn't necessarily difficult, but they didn't make it any easier either. First of all, the installation isn't necessarily difficult, but they didn't make it any easier either. Attaching the bolts from underneath the sink is a bit of a hassle and they didn't include any tools to make reaching them any easier. You’ll need a deep socket, small wrench or pliers to get the faucet bolt tightened down over the threaded part.
Another installation issue is that the base of the faucets move separately from the faucet handle, so not only do you have to make sure the faucet is straight before tightening bolts to sink, you have to make sure the base is as well. Again, not that bad if you are attaching to the sink before the sink is installed, but if you are crawling under an existing sink, you'll need another person. It just doesn't need to be this difficult…they didn’t put any thought into the design to make the installation easier, which is something I appreciate and look for in a faucet.
The last issue I have is that the plugs that they use to cover the set screw on the handles are light gray (almost white). At first I thought it was just a protective cover (sticker), but nope…they are gray. They don’t match the faucet like they appear to on the website (silver). If nothing else, they should have color coded them to indicate hot and cold, but instead they went with a generic gray that looks cheap.
I can’t really recommend this product because I’d expect more from a faucet in this price range. Once you get it installed it is okay, but those exposed set screw plugs stand out and make it look cheap in my opinion. Read Less

The installation process was pretty smooth, but the installers said it wouldn’t fit through my 32 inch door even though the website lists the depth (without doors) at under 29 inches. I had to remove my door frame for them to proceed, so confirm ahead of time that it will fit through your path to installation (especially if you don’t want to replace door trim). I don’t think the installers were correct, but that’s water under the bridge. It doesn't affect my opinion of the product, but I wanted to make others aware that size could be an issue.

Purpose: I got this refrigerator to replace an existing refrigerator in my finished basement. We are going to use it for beverages and overflow from our main fridge/freezer in the kitchen. The freezer capacity was about the same, but the refrigerator section holds nearly double the quantity as the old refrigerator.
Pros: The refrigerator not only looks good, but is very quiet. I haven’t heard any noises from it since it was installed nearly a week ago. I'm really impressed with that because my kitchen refrigerator (another brand) makes a lot of noise. The features are very nice, my favorite being the auto-fill water pitcher with built in infuser. The water tastes great and refills anytime you take from it. The water filter for the refrigerator is right in the front of the unit inside (between crisper drawers), so it is easy to access and replace. The refrigerator section has plenty of storage, but doesn’t offer a lot of flexibility when it comes to shelving adjustments (see cons). The freezer section however is nicely designed with two storage bins. The upper bins slides out of the way allowing easy access to the lower bin. The deli and vegetable/crisper drawers in the refrigerator section are spacious, slide easily and have adjustable settings as well (wine, deli or beverage settings). The exterior water and ice dispenser is easy to use and attractively designed. Also, the Tuscan finish is beautiful and resists smudges and fingerprints. Finally, the refrigerator connects to the SmartThings app, which allows you to control and monitor the settings as well as notifying you via text if you accidentally leave the door open.
Cons: The shelving configuration is limited. You cannot fit taller items on the bottom shelves, not even a standard beer bottle. If you raise one shelf to allow taller items, it makes the other shelves nearly unusable because they are now too short. Taller items do fit on the top shelf or door compartments, but it would have been nice to see more configuration options. Another shelf has a section that slides out of the way for taller items, but you lose half a shelf when you do that. Another minor issue is that the right door with the ‘Food Showcase’ door doesn’t open cleanly when you aren’t depressing the latch for the outer door only. It breaks the magnetic seal to the inner door before it catches the latch on the inner door, which gives you a kind of double action when you pull on the door. It’s not a deal breaker, but it does feel a little weird that there is play in between the two doors when you open them. They do seem to seal tightly when closed, it just feels weird because my other refrigerator with similar 'double doors' don't do that when opening them.
Summary: It is quiet, looks great and works great (so far). I would have liked to see more shelving adjustment options, but you can still get it too work providing you don’t have too many tall items. I took away a star for that, but I’d still highly recommend this refrigerator. Just be aware of the configuration issue and make sure it will meet your needs. Read Less

When I opened the box and saw the bracket used for installation, I thought I was in trouble because it was going to be a pain to install from under the sink. Whoever designed this top mount bracket is a genius in my book.
The faucet looks really nice and the water flow is excellent. It seems to resist fingerprints and dirt well because I didn't notice any after I handled in quite a bit with dirty hands during the installation process. The pull down handle retracts easily and the spray button works well.
I installed it on my bar sink, so it's a lot bigger than the original faucet I had, but I think it looks good still, plus I can pivot it out of the way to wash larger objects (360 pivot at center line on faucet...see pic). Since it was a two hole sink I installed it to, I had to purchase a soap dispenser for the other hole (none included with this). It's intended for a one or three hole kitchen sink, so it's probably better off being used for that purpose, but I attached some pictures so you can be the judge. I was worried it was a bit massive at first, but I'm getting used to it.
In summary...I LOVE the new top mount installation bracket (easiest sink I ever installed), it looks great and works well. That is the trifecta for any faucet, so I highly recommend this faucet. Oh yeah, it's not super expensive either. Read Less

This 3pcs combine bath vanity in grey with marble top in Carrara white with white basin provides plenty of storage and a warm and welcoming look to your bathroom. Poplar solid wood and MDF are more durable. Vanity has 2 doors and 1 shelf in inside provides more storage space, and each cabinet with 1 small drawer is really functional.

          Answer:
It's probably not recommended, but if your tile is flat and you use a thick enough underlayment, you can probably get away with it if you don't want to tear out your bathroom floor. It does float over the existing floor, so no nails or staples are required.
