No, I do not recommend this product.
I'm giving it a low rating based on the quality vs cost. When I bought it, it had a slight bow to it, but not too bad. I ripped the board to have trim around some windows, and wanted to paint it. Otherwise, I would have used oak. Anyway, when cut, the board really bowed like crazy. I had a hard time rounding the edges on the router table, since you have to press down very hard to flatten it out enough for it to make a consistent cut. I have a power nailer, so when installing it, I had to use long nails to grip the stud, in order to flatten it out on the wall. I took a picture of one before I nailed it on. I've done projects similar to this in the past, but on those, I bought cheap boards, and managed to get a decent pieces out of them without any noticeable knots, and throw the rest away. I thought this time I'd go first class, and was I ever surprised. I would have been much happier (and less expensive) to use a lower grade of lumber. Read Less

Over the years, I’ve had four different 4.5” grinders (actually 2 were the corded Milwaukee with the paddle switch). I had multiple homes, and kept a unit at each house, and I had a couple units wear out. Anyway, this grinder is a nice unit. Some of the positive features.
          1. It’ a powerful unit
          2. Being cordless gives you more freedom
          3. The wheel guard is easily adjustable without tools. Pushing a lever allows you to rotate it and a detent holds in in that position. You still have the option to operate without the guard on those unique operations where you need room in that area. Again, this can be done without tools. 3. The wheel guard is easily adjustable without tools. Pushing a lever allows you to rotate it and a detent holds in in that position. You still have the option to operate without the guard on those unique operations where you need room in that area. Again, this can be done without tools. In the past, I seldom used the guard, as it seemed it was always in the wrong position.
          4. Unit has a braking system, so the wheel stops fairly quickly when you turn it off. Years ago, I had an accident with one grinder in which I had a chain saw attachment on it. I made the initial cut, turned it off, and was transferring the tool between hands when the spinning wheel trimmed the tip of my finger. Trip to the Emergency Room.
          5. The slide switch give you the option to be “momentary on”, or lock into the on position, and allows an easy touch to turn it off.
          6. A common wheel I use is the 1/16” cut-off wheel, and I had one grinder which would not grip this well. I had to add a spacer under the nut. This unit has no issues with this.
          7. I really like the “power meter” on the battery. Also, all battery tools warn against storing the batteries in a hot environment, but Milwaukee is the only one actually giving the critical temperature, which they list at 120 degrees. We live in the Phoenix area, so we can get 115-degree days. I like this information, as I hate to store batteries inside the house.
          8. The carrying bag is super deluxe. I really like carrying bags when using this type of tools, as you have multiple accessories which you want to have with you.
          9. The retaining nut has a flip up lever to by hand. I have pretty strong fingers, but have not applied high torque to this lever. Not sure it will take lots of torque without distortion. They do have a typical tool for loosening the nut also.
          Possible negative issues:
          1. Unit is obviously heavier than the corded units, but it is well balanced.
          2. This unit is also longer than the corded counterparts. I’ve been thinking back over the
multiple applications I had over the years, and can’t remember of a time when this would have
been an issue, but I guess it could be.
          3. The threaded shaft which holds the cutter sticks up 5/8” (above the 1/16” wheel I have
installed), whereas I have an older corded unit that is only 3/8”. There are times when you like
to make a deep cut, flush to the blade. Obviously, you can’t do this with any unit, but this is
somewhat more angled than most. You could stack washers, but then the wheel won’t self
center. I wish Milwaukee would make an adopter to space the wheel further out. I suppose
they figure there is an advantage of possibly installing a thicker wheel.

I’d recommend getting one. I’m sure you will like it.

The Milwaukee Hole Dozer Hole Saw features Rip Guard, the strongest tooth form in the industry, backed by the Rip Guard Limited Lifetime Tooth Break Warranty. Each tooth is built with more steel behind the cutting edge for added strength. The Rip Guard warranty on tooth breaks is a first for the hole saw industry. The added tooth strength along with 8% cobalt give added life to the teeth, allowing for increased productivity on the jobsite, as well as continued hole quality. The Hole Dozer includes Plug Jack, an all access slot design that allows for full access during plug removal. The Plug Jack gives access lower into the cup for thick material and higher towards the teeth for thin material. With multiple positions to apply leverage and better plug access, Plug Jack increases productivity and eliminates wasted downtime between holes. For fast, tool-free change-outs, use Milwaukee's universal Quick-Change Arbors 49-56-7240, 49-56-7250 and 49-56-9100.

I have a pretty good assortment of hole saws, most of them smaller size. Several of them I inherited from my father (already a mixed lot), and several I bought, so there are multiple manufactures. The biggest benefit on these saws are the much larger cleanout slot. Cleaning out the plug is often a pain. This is a very nice feature. I was surprised that the kit contained two arbors. The larger arbor has the usual two pins that slide down into the back of the cutter to accept the torque. The pin attachment is held in place with another nut, with an O-ring between it and the saw. I have another brand unit with is kind of nice, as the pin assembly slides down with a detent to hold it in place. Read More

I have another brand unit with is kind of nice, as the pin assembly slides down with a detent to hold it in place. This unit is okay, and only takes about 5 seconds longer to secure, so no big deal. A second arbor is included in this kit (this has the smaller thread used on the smaller hole saws). What is surprising is that these hole saws only accept the larger arbor, so this smaller arbor is a spare for your other hole saws. Hole sizes for this kit are 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3 5/8, & 4 ¼ . The backing plate is 0.20” thick, which is good. I have some where they use much lighter material, so the holes used to carry the torque are more prone to mushing.
The case is a heavy-duty plastic unit, which is lockable, and appears to be water-proof. Apparently, it is also designed to mount on some sort of special holder, and the box has a spring-loaded latch to hold it on that. We live in the Phoenix area, which is dry. Not sure if the sealed compartment is a good idea in a high humidity area. However, my main concern with the case is its bulk. On my other hole saws, I “nest” them in a drawer, and they don’t take up much room. This is what I’ll be doing with my new hole saws. I’ll use the case for another application where the space is better utilized.

I’m planning on using this speaker in my work shop in the garage. Obviously, don’t expect High Fidelity sound from such a small speaker, but for my application, it is satisfactory.
          Positive features:
          1. It connected via Bluetooth to my I-phone very quickly
          2. I was glad that the speaker sounds about the same when it is upside down. This is desirable for me, as I didn’t want the speaker to fill up with dust. I plan to leave it on a garage shelf all the time.
          Negative issues:
          1. Disappointed the charging unit only has a USB cable. I was hoping I could plug directly into an electrical receptacle. I’ll have to get a charging transformer to plug the USB cable into.

You can turn the camera on and off with your I-phone. It sends e-mails each time it takes a picture, so you definitely need to turn the camera off (with your phone) when you are home, or your e-mail account will fill up fast. They include a decal for the window, alerting people the property has surveillance camera with 24/7 coverage. The decal would have been better if it were designed to install inside the window instead of outside. I’m giving it a 4 star, only because the silly installation time given on the literature, indicating it takes only one minute. It took me that long just to open the box. Otherwise, appears to be a nice unit. Read Less
