My house was built in 1947, and the foundation vents have seen better days. They were rusted, cracked, ripped, and most of them had large holes, which really defeats the purpose. A common approach I've seen is that people place a decorative plastic cover over the vent and call it a day. That's a bad idea, because not only does it severely restrict airflow, but also doesn't give a good seal, allowing large insects and small mammals (read: roaches & mice) still get in.
Since these were built into the foundation, a direct replacement, if even available, would require ripping out large sections of stucco wall surrounding the vents. There had to be a better way! Well, a quick trip to home depot Read More

Since these were built into the foundation, a direct replacement, if even available, would require ripping out large sections of stucco wall surrounding the vents. There had to be a better way! Well, a quick trip to home depot presented a perfect solution. These 14" x 6" beauties fit the bill just right!
The first step was to rip out the old vent screen, followed buy the use of a stiff wire brush to scrub off the paint around the edge of the hole. This is also a good time to patch up any damaged stucco around the vent. Apply a liberal amount of liquid nails construction adhesive on the inside lip of the new vents, and then just snap 'em right on! Wipe off any excess glue with a damp cloth and your new, sealed foundation vents will last you for years to come.

Deep throat C-clamps are ideal for clamping jobs where parts must be held immobile and handled more reliably. Larger parts for greater versatility. Commonly used for welding work, in workshops, and in heavy industry.

Bought a pair of these clamps for some metal work i needed to get done. They are sturdy when closed, and rock solid. The only down side is that when un-clamping, the clamp fell to the ground and chipped off the red paint in the corner. This happened a few more times, and each time the clamp hit the ground, another red chip fell off. This may potentially cause rusting in the future.
Paint finish could be more durable. But functionally, the clamps work great.

I had a slow drain in the bathroom that was a pain in the rear, leaving lines in the sink because the water took so long to drain. The wife was on me to fix it, and fast. This stuff is really fantastic. I had used other drain cleaners in the past, but the dual-chamber container makes great foam and cleans the drain right out.
The sink has worked flawlessly ever since.
          Great price.

I'm not sure what the other reviewers are referring to when they say the wasp spray doesn't work. This is a truly FANTASTIC product! Over the last years, i've bought at least half a dozen of these, and have DEFINITELY gotten my money's worth!
For those that are having trouble, this is a DIRECT CONTACT nerve inhibitor. This means that you actually have to spray it right on the wasp. Not on the nest, or in the general area.
We have a large lawn, and in the summers at about noon, wasps, for whatever reason, will buzz around and visit the grass. I'm pretty sure they don't eat it, but they're just always there. I purchased a few cans of this spray, and my problems are over!

This is my method: I would sit on a lawn chair, sipping lemonade, watching the grass. When i saw a wasp, i would follow it visually until it landed on the grass. I would quickly run up to it, stopping about four feet away. I fully extend my arm (with the spray can) facing towards the ground at about a 45 degree angle. I slowly approach the wasp until the nozzle is about a foot away from the wasp and then BAM! Spray for about one-one-thousand, and then walk away. The wasp will die within 15-30 seconds.
I've done this many times now. Just spend about half an hour doing this every few days, and you'll be wasp free in a few weeks! My record is 27 kills in under an hour.
Not only a great product, but the cans are HUGE, and at a great price point. Highly recommended. Read Less

As advertised, kills all spiders, ESPECIALLY black widows. We have TONS of spiders due to all the trees & bushes around, and they're really a pain to deal with. This is not an instantaneous spray. When first sprayed, the spider runs away, but then slowly dies, sometimes even taking minutes. Have patience!
The only complaint is that the stuff doesn't last very long. Container should be bigger.
