Since we have finally had a break in the weather I decided to give this house wash a try. I only did a test section on the side of my garage (an area of about 9' high x 25' long) to see how well it would work. It made the siding look brand new without having to bust out the pressure washer. I would definitely use this product again. Not sure if it will do as much square footage as labeled on the container but just the ease of it alone makes it worth while. The side of the garage did not appear to be that dirty but it was. Very noticeable difference when it was done. Give it a try you won't regret it ;o)

DampRid Refillable Moisture Absorbers are the long-term economical solution to moisture and odor control. Unlike sprays that simply mask odors, DampRid crystals absorb excess moisture from the air that can cause moldy musty smells. It won't dry the air excessively, so plants, furniture and household goods won't be damaged. The Refillable Moisture Absorber can be used in bathrooms, closets, laundry rooms, bedrooms, offices, kitchens, storage closets, boats and anywhere that excess moisture and stagnant air are a problem.

I recently placed one of these in the linen closet I made under our stairs. This area is completely finished with sheet rock and carpet and is not really musty but always kind of made our extra blankets and pillows we stored under there smell kind of "off". I have had this product under there for about two or three weeks and it makes this area smell kind of like fresh linen when you open the door now. It also has made the extra bedding smell better also when you take it out. I just popped the cover off it and looked inside to see if it had captured any water and it hadn't but I think that is because it's a "finished" area and we have no moisture or mold in there. I really enjoy the smell and I like that when the crystals do finally dissolve that I can just refill it with a new package of crystals. The area that this container is in is 3' wide x 5' deep x 9' tall with a sloped roof. It smells up the whole area nicely. Not to overpowering. Would definitely recommend this product. Read Less

Well I'm not sure what to think about these as bbq lights. I bought them to put on the side of the grill to shine on the cooking surface when the lid was open. I didn't realize at first that they were meant to go actually on the bbq utensils. Some of my utensils aren't flat on the face of them so they won't magnetically stick to them. On the ones that are flat they seem to stick pretty well.
When I opened the package and installed the batteries one of the lights did not want to come on. Double checked that I had the batteries in correctly which I did. I was able to get the light to finally work but if you bump it it will turn off and on. Seems to have a loose connection somehow. The other Read More

I was able to get the light to finally work but if you bump it it will turn off and on. Seems to have a loose connection somehow. The other one works perfectly and it is actually quite bright. The quality of them both seems to be pretty good. They do feel kind of cheap when you twist them off and on but for what it is intended to do it does it's job. As of this writing I'm not sure how long the batteries will last but since they have LED's as bulbs they should not consume much power. All in all I like these things but I don't love them. Read Less

I recently went under my house to run some surround sound wires and while I was down there I happened to notice some large holes in my duct work where it connected to my plenum under the house. It seems at some point I had standing water under the house and it had rusted out parts of my duct work. Well since I'm cheap and didn't want to pay a contractor I set about trying to round up some of the tools I would need to replace sections of my duct work and these snips fit the bill perfectly. I'm not sure if this is exactly what they are to be used for but they worked perfectly for cutting the ducting. They cut the tin perfectly and cleanly each time. They are comfortable in the hand. We bought a new home about two years ago and one of the biggest buying points for my wife was the kitchen counters. They are a beautiful dark brownish color that is pretty easy to clean. I have been using a wet sponge to clean these counters for the last two years because I was unsure what to use on them. When this product came across my path I thought I would give it a try. It seems to put a nice shine on the counters and seals them kind of like waxing a car. It also makes counters easier to wipe down with the wet sponge after using. It kind of glides across the counter with less resistance. All in all I like this product. Supposedly it won't build up a residue which I won't know for sure Read More

If you are on the fence on this product I would highly recommend giving it a try. You get a large 32 oz. bottle for a great price. I'm going to try using this product on my tile counters. After I do I will update my thoughts on it. Read Less

          Answer:
Since the light is held in place by two spring clips you can remove the light after it's installed to access the switch as long as you can reach the light from a ladder. If you had this light installed in some place that is way out of reach then it would be hard to access. The switch is "in-line" between the light and the junction box so it should be accessible.
