Just as I expected, Little Giant has produced a top notch ladder. I’m so happy I got it to replace my old Aluminum ladder. It is much lighter, yet much sturdier. The side mounted pulley system is a great feature – easy to use and keeps the rope away from my feet.
My only criticism is the 3 red rungs at the top of the ladder. Not because it's a totally unnecessary feature, but because the very first time I used the ladder the red paint started rubbing off and stained the jeans I was wearing. (see pictures) This flaw certainly isn't enough to discourage me from recommending the ladder, I would just advise using steel wool on it first to get all that paint off.
Pros: Durable, Sturdy, Good Size & Weight, Nice Design
          Cons: stained my pants!

No, I do not recommend this product.
When ordering this drill, I had a blonde moment - I failed to realize it was a 12 volt drill. Based on the picture and the price I assumed it was an 18 volt drill. For those of you who aren't very familiar with tools, there is a difference... both in the power of the drill and in the physical size of it. As you can imagine, I was surprised at the small size of the drill when it arrived.
After I got over my initial shock of how small it is, I tested it out, and I have to say I'm impressed. This little drill packs a serious punch. I won't bore you with the details of the project I was working on, but I will say I was screwing 2" screws into 2x4s and this had plenty of power to get the job Read More

The two button trigger for forward and reverse is one of those "I can't believe they didn't think of this sooner" ideas. I think this feature will be implemented on many drills in the future. It's very convenient.
I've never heard of the 909 brand, but this seems to be a well built drill. I can't speak to the longevity yet...maybe I'll be editing this review in a year or two.
My only criticism is the price. Home Depot sells many 18 volt drills at a lower price, some come with an extra battery and/or a case. This 12 volt drill has one battery and no case. Maybe some people prefer 12v drills, but I'd go for an 18v...more for the money. Read Less

Get rid of messy snow while it's fresh with the Snow Joe iON single-stage snow blower. Whether snow is accumulated on a driveway or walkway the cleanup with this blower is fast as it has a 40-Volt lithium-ion battery system and delivers up to 50 minutes of whisper-quiet run time with zero carbon emissions for cleaner air. The 2 rubber-tipped steel blades cut a swath 18 in. wide by 8 in. deep, clearing up to 2,450 sq. ft. per hour without any surface damage and the 180° adjustable discharge chute allows you to throw snow up to 20 ft. away in the direction you want it to go. Control the height of the snow stream by simply adjusting the chute deflector too. Best of all there is no oil and gas to mix or any costly tune-ups needed just plug in the Snow Joe iON and start clearing instantly.

For those who don’t want to read my long, detailed review, the bottom line is I would recommend this snow blower for small properties that only receive a few light snowfalls per year.
          The full review:
After receiving our first real snowfall of the year here in NJ, I was anxious to try out the Snowjoe iON cordless snow blower. We received about 8” of moderately wet/heavy snow, which is the max capacity of this snow blower according to the manufacturer. We have a three-car driveway and 25’ of walkways. When I started, I knew I would need to work fast because the manual clearly stated the battery life is only 25-40 minutes. When making the first “pass” I became concerned that the snow blower

When making the first “pass” I became concerned that the snow blower was not going to live up to my expectations. It was slow going and the snow definitely wasn’t being thrown the 20’ max distance. After completing that first pass, however, things went a little faster/easier because subsequent passes overlapped the already cleared areas so the snow blower wasn’t being overloaded as it was during the first pass.
In this amount of somewhat heavy snow, the snow was only being thrown about 10’ during the deeper areas. This resulted in some snow being thrown twice which obviously isn’t very efficient. I didn’t think to time how long the battery lasted, but I’d guess it was closer to the 40 minute estimate, even though it was working hard. This was enough time to clear about 90% of the area I needed cleared, including the much higher/denser snow pile at the end of the driveway that the snow plows created. My employer was closed on account of the snow so rather than finishing the rest with a shovel, I just went inside and plugged in the battery. It took about 2.5-3 hours to fully charge (this matched the estimate in the manual) then I went back out with the snow blower and finished the job. I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t get it 100% cleared on one charge, but considering this is a higher-than-average snowfall here on the Jersey Shore, I’m being optimistic that it will get the job done in 3-6” of snow.
The electric 180 degree chute is great. I love just hitting a switch to adjust the aim. Due to the wetness of the snow, the chute did clog a handful of times. It was very fast/easy to clear, however, so this is definitely not a deal breaker.
I believe the size of my property (again, 3 car driveway and 25’ of walkways) is probably just a hair too large for this snow blower. I don’t want to have to worry about running out of battery power every time I use it. In my opinion the ideal use for this snow blower is properties with only sidewalks since they only require 2-3 passes, and special applications such as a deck or patio since the blades are rubber and the whole unit is very light (easy to carry up steps if necessary.) The square footage of driveways just adds up too quickly.
I think this snow blower should come with a second battery so when the first runs out you have a backup and could immediately start charging the first while you’re still working. I would be much more satisfied if that were the case. I actually considered purchasing a second battery but Snowjoe charges about $160 which just seems outrageous…that’s 40% of the total cost of the whole snow blower.
For my needs I would prefer a gas snow blower. There are comparable-sized gas snow blowers available in the same price range. However this snow blower definitely has great applications (small properties) and great benefits (quiet, light weight, virtually maintenance free, environmentally friendly). Just evaluate your situation – if you have a small amount of space you need to clear and you don’t receive frequent, heavy snowfalls, I would not hesitate to recommend this snow blower to you. Made with a special polyester blend, that has a full-body feel yet is very thin, flexible, and soft to virtually eliminate brush marks. This brush provides excellent performance and results with all paints, but is especially suited for applying enamels to metal, varnish or polyurethane on wood and thinner water-based coatings. Great paint pickup, control, and durability make it perfect for a variety of projects.

This is a very nice paintbrush. Wooster makes quality products and it shows in this brush. I like that the packaging can be reused for safe storage of the brush so the bristles stay protected and straight.

I'm from the Jersey Shore, so I lived through Superstorm Sandy. Our house had 2 trees fall on it and we were without power for a week. It gives me peace of mind that this tarp is in my garage ready to go should we ever sustain damage to our roof again.

For outside corners, the instructions say to cut only one (the top overlapping piece) at a 45° angle. No 45° cuts are necessary for inside corners, just some trimming to properly make the butt joint
