Two shelves in one makes the Martha Stewart Living Solutions Country Double Shelf pretty functional. If your floor space is full, utilize your wall space with this attractive shelf. Its design features intricate carvings as well. Color: silhouette.

No, I do not recommend this product.
I have many pieces of Martha Stewart furniture and her"Craft Space" line is excellent, well made and durable. I had high hopes for this shelf.
After waiting more than 3 months for the shelf to be back in stock, I was excited to finally receive it. It is made of solid wood and much heavier than expected. My husband and I assembled and hung the shelf per the instructions. Included with the shelf were mounting screws and drywall anchors (plastic). This shelf hangs from just 2 small screws on the back and the instructions said that the load limit is 50 pounds! We were very dubious about that number and decided to stay on the safer side and only put 15-20 pounds on it (some books and knick Read More

This shelf hangs from just 2 small screws on the back and the instructions said that the load limit is 50 pounds! We were very dubious about that number and decided to stay on the safer side and only put 15-20 pounds on it (some books and knick knacks). A week after the shelf was installed, we installed a second shelf below the first. We wanted to move some of the books to the lower shelf and as we started taking the books off, the entire first shelf came detached from the wall, shattered the shelf below it and crashed to the floor, destroying everything around it. Both shelves were ruined, not to mention the wall damage, floor tile cracking and broken objects that were sitting on the shelf. Luckily, neither of us were in the path of the destruction. Not only were all of the wall anchors pulled from the wall, the metal brackets on the back of the shelves were bent out of shape.
We think the biggest problem was the inadequacy of the wall anchors. If you do buy this shelf, PLEASE either install only into a wall stud or use much heavier anchors than the ones included. Read Less
