This is a very nice toaster oven; however, the convection baking that I have done in it uses the same time and temp that my regular oven uses; not one single difference. I was led to believe convection baking was faster!!!! It is supposed to use 20% less electricity so that is a good thing, however, I am disappointed that it is not faster than my regular oven.

          Answer:
So far I have only used the nice pan that came with it. Check size of oven and that should give you your answer.

Does this model have a ceramic interior? If not, are toxic chemicals used in the plastic, i.e. PFOE?

I'm concerned about the release of toxic fumes, whether you can smell them or not.

The inside is NOT ceramic but I have never smelled fumes even from the first use.
