I use this Dutch oven to bake bread. The lid doubles as a frying pan, but I've never used it in that capacity.I preheat it in a 450 degree oven for 30min. No seasoning or oil. Place in the dough on parchment paper, put on the lid and bake 30mins. Perfect bread every time.
