Redesign your kitchen with the Noble House Lisette Bar Stool. Coming with a wooden frame, this stool will be an aesthetically appealing, long-lasting piece of furniture for any home. It has a faux leather seat, which is stylish and comfortable. With a backless design, it will perfectly fit beneath the island or table. Featuring a modern style, it is perfect for revamping your current decor. This stool features a saddle seat, which encourages good posture. Designed in white, it beautifully contrasts with dark pieces of furniture and will be great for achieving a monochromatic color scheme. Color: Ivory.

Overall it looks nice when done, and I really hope they will hold together for more than a couple of month... You get 2 stools for $112, and you get what you pay for.
I just put everything together before writing the review so I can't say how they will hold up over time. What I can say however is being quite handy building things and not having time to build bar stools, I wish I could go back in time and make those myself better for less money !
Cheap wood put together with bolts and threaded inserts in the legs. Nothing wrong with that when done properly, but on assembly, a bunch of the insert's glue or epoxy cracked with little to no torsion, and I'm wondering how long before the legs

Cheap wood put together with bolts and threaded inserts in the legs. Nothing wrong with that when done properly, but on assembly, a bunch of the insert's glue or epoxy cracked with little to no torsion, and I'm wondering how long before the legs start to wobble and I have to take everything appart and epoxy the darn things.
The hex bolt heads are 5mm, so unless you have a 5mm bit to use in your drill/impact, you get to have red fingers while fastening it all by hand with the included wrench. 4 wood screws go under the stretcher bars in a pocket hole inside the tenon, and beware, the heads brake easily. Good luck screwing them in by hand with the included screwdriver, so use an electric driver with extreme caution otherwise you won't be able to get the tenon out of the mortise and change the screw.
The top is some kind of vinyl and time will tell how well it resists having butts, pants and dresses rub on it.

To the Westinghouse team, why is a remote not included in this setup ?
          A) some of your lower priced fans have it B) most everyone uses a remote these days C) we have to spend another $30+ on something that should be included D) this fan has 4 speeds and the remote you tell people to buy are made for 3 speed fans. I'm at a loss here.
I really like the design but I will not spend another 20% to get a remote control system. Fanimation has one that is very similar, priced very close, and comes with a remote...

I think that it would be normal that a 4 speed fan (which is quite uncommon in the low-end spectrum of ceiling fans) would come with its own dedicated remote, regardless of some people using it or not, without having to spend more money for an accessory that is not adequate for the device it operates; that's all.
