          Love the product, challenge to get it right

          They don't keep this in stock locally So I ordered this product shipped to the local store for pickup (free shipping). When it arrived, the box was damaged and some hardware was missing. Rather than having them sending me just the hardware they suggested returning the whole thing to the store for credit and then ordering a replacement. Trouble is, the store gave me STORE CREDIT which can't be used for online purchases. So I had to go back to online customer service so they could fix that...but by then the product was out of stock. So I had to wait a few months for it to come back in stock which it finally did and they were able to ship it to me for free.

          In the end, I got a beautiful coffee station cart, easy assembly, free shipping and a great deal...but I really had to work for it. HD kept notes all the way so I wouldn't lose any traction during the process and everyone was nice along the way so that was good, but....they really need to work on the in-store/online customer service coordination.
