No, I do not recommend this product.
I bought this because it was supposedly 'lightweight' to replace a 'featherlite' product I had used for years and because of it's age was not able to have it repaired. I also thought having the battery interchangeable with other power tools might come in handy, but because I was not impressed with this product did not want to waste my money on others. Its no lighter than my gas run one.
I paid $99 for my unit a year ago but would not pay even $65 for it now, never even tried the 'Edger' because the attachment instructions were not clear and if I have to drag out a magnifying glass to try to figure them out/read the pictures, 'it ain't happenin'". I paid $99 for my unit a year ago but would not pay even $65 for it now, never even tried the 'Edger' because the attachment instructions were not clear and if I have to drag out a magnifying glass to try to figure them out/read the pictures, 'it ain't happenin'". My initial thoughts were this would work well as a replacement, however the 'ergonomic handle' was weird, I finally laid it side by side of my other one to try to get a similar angle for the handle and the cutting line. It would work great if only you had a third thumb to hold the button in while you are holding the power lever down. Maybe that is a safety feature? don't know...it works really well as a safety feature because if you can't maneuver your fingers and thumbs to reach all the necessary controls to make it run, it won't. I have been so frustrated by it, I first tried it, put it away for a few months, tried it again after adjusting it and put it away again and tried it one last time before I junk it because if it is not ergonomically feasible or you are breaking your hand trying to reach all the controls and then, can you even know if it is doing a good job because you are dealing with those other problems? No! I would like a refund but it's been a year. I will go someplace else to try to find a replacement for my 'featherlite' which would be about the same weight and maybe a little more expensive, but worth it if it lasts more than 10 years like the last one did.

Your kids will start loving to do homework with this activity tray. It is great for doing homework, writing, reading, drawing, coloring, playing eating snacks, using laptops, and much more. The lap desk is an amazingly convenient and portable activity station that allows kids to work anywhere they are.

I have bought at least 6 of these as when the kids get older they tend to walk on them. However they work well But Michael's has them for 1/3 the price.

I purchased 13 3-packs to go along my lot lines (the new build next door encroached on) and so far have installed 3 2/3 (11 panels) as I used 2 panels independently to secure a side yard gate. These are great, work well for my needs and once I got the hang of it (how to determine where to hammer in the stake) they were relatively easy to put in. The hard part is aligning the stakes so everything fits right and placing the connecting pegs in the applicable connecting rod tubes. I put these in myself (65 yo woman) and plan to put in another 90 ft along my other side yard (30 panels). And serves my purpose well.
I bought this because I got extremely high bids for regular fencing then Outrageously high bids (from a Home Depot contractor) for just welded wire and t-posts, which prompted me to do this myself. I'm hurrying to get it done before the Texas heat kicks in, in order to give my fur-babies a safe place to be, off the leash and away from the road. Read Less

This gate seems pretty simplistic however there are no instructions to tell you what the 2 U hooks are for so I deemed them redundant. The installation process IS simplistic however as one 65 yo woman working alone found, it is extremely difficult to get one stake aligned with the adjoining stake and positioning the top and bottom insertable pegs to join the panels PLUS align with the stake in the ground, Alignment is a feat in itself. Simplistic? Yes..Easy? No! If you have a good-natured partner helping you it might be easier aligning and inserting the pegs. Simplistic? Yes..Easy? No! If you have a good-natured partner helping you it might be easier aligning and inserting the pegs. If your partner is not good-natured you will end up brawling on the lawn because the top peg and the bottom peg won't go into the slots together as well as being inserted into the stake in the ground at the same time!! 3 pegs aligned to insert into 3 holes together...does not an easy task make. BUT..it Is doable. Make sure you have a rubber mallet ready to 'reposition' everything accordingly. I've installed 11 of these fence panels and this gate was the hardest one yet to do as there are multiple posts and stakes that need to be positioned perfectly to get them to link together. Luckily my ground was soft, but after making multiple holes where the stakes needed to be in order to adjoin the panels I might have to follow up with Quikcrete. Uneven ground? Don't even think about it. I've got pet panels that can be adjusted to accommodate that.
I think this fence and gate is great, it is complimentary to my home, the residential neighbors like it and it met my need to define my property line when the new build next door encroached on that.

No, I do not recommend this product.
This was good for the price however, I have to disagree with some of the other reviewers. The instructions are very scant and the only way this is easy to put together is if you have had previous experience with the 'lock nuts'. Because there is absolutely no hint of how to get the threaded hole in the 'lock nut' aligned to the bolt hole once it is in the actual hole (unless you have x-ray eyes), it causes frustration. A simple explanation of how that works, such as "screwdriver indentation in top of lock nut is in line with the hole in the side of the lock nut, use screwdriver to align the hole with the bolt hole" would have been a great help.

I had just assembled a pretty complex entertainment center with a fireplace (as well as other pieces) and had absolutely no problems, so I am not new to this....this piece laid on the floor 3 days because my attempts to figure out how to align the holes failed, (because once the lock nut is in the hole, it takes a magnet to get it out to realign.) Manufacturer just needs to add more detail or ANY Detail in Writing as those tiny little pictures are not legible either unless you have a magnifying glass.
I also had to paint the end bolts white because you could see them through the paper stick on cover-ups. I would have liked better quality and would only recommend it with better instructions.

I was installing the gates this evening and cannot figure out the half links. There were no instructions or paperwork with the gates when they arrived. I did figure out how to assemble it for the most part. Even the “assembly instructions” on this page are for the additional panels, not the gate. . Planning to use a small chain to keep gate closed

I had this question also. I installed the gate adjoining them to 2 panels and could not see any place for them to be used. And you are right there are absolutely no instructions for these, so I think they are redundant . I used 'pet pen' clasps to keep the gate closed.

How do you go through this gate? Do the doors swing on the poles? Is there any way to lock it so pets don't get in/out?

I adjoined this gate with a 'pet pen' I stretched out and installed along a lot line with T-posts. The 'pet pen' came with two clasps to hook the pen ends together. I zip tied those loose enough to one gate in order to reach around to hook to the other gate. You can also just purchase these clasps at Home Depot in the hardware area.
